Raffar launches a new 4-channel sink LED driver, RFT1150. RFT1150 provides maximum 350mA current outputs for high power RGBW LED applications. With setting individual external resistors, the constant current output can be accurately adjusted from 5mA to 350mA for 4 respective LED. And by input PWM signal via enable pin, RFT1150 can precisely adjust LED brightness from 0% ~ 100% to every channel. In additional, RFT1150 is built in thermal protection function. The thermal protection function is triggered at temperature 180 °C to limit the current output by 50% and protected system operation in safety. RFT1150 is designed to use TSSOP16 package wtih exposed pad. It can work at low output voltage dropout to obtain the excellent power dissipation performance in all kinds of LED lighting purposes.
