Raffar launches a new single channel 38V high voltage output sink LED driver, RFT1112. RFT1112 provides a maximum 1.0A sink current for high power lighting LED applications. With setting an external resistor, the constant current output can be accurately adjusted from 50mA to 1A. And by input PWM signal via enable pin, RFT1112 can precisely adjust LED brightness from all its coverage. In additional, RFT1112 is built in thermal protection function. The thermal protection function is triggered at temperature 180 °C to limit the current output by 50% and protected system operation in safety. RFT1112 is also designed to use TO-252 package and work at low output voltage dropout to obtain the excellent power dissipation performance in all kinds of LED lighting purposes.
