Hsinchu, Taiwan Raffar launches RFT7750 which is a 3-channel, 16 bit PWM & 6 bit outout current gain embedded constant current LED sink driver. It is designed for LED lighting or decoration application with 2-wire control interface. Current with high uniformity and small skew between channels (bits) and chips can be adjusted from 3mA to 150mA by adjusting individual external resistors. Also, the output ports of RFT7750 are guaranteed to endure 17 V output voltages for LED cascading connection. The output polarity control makes RFT7750 being a PWM signal generator to enforce power LEDs. With fast output current response time and intra-channel output delay, RFT7750 obviously enhances the LED lighting performance in architecture decoration applications.
